Every eligible Nationwide member has the right to vote at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
👉 Can You Vote in the Nationwide AGM 2026?
Voting takes only a few minutes and is one of the most important ways members can have a say in how Nationwide is run.
The AGM will take place on 15th July 2026.
Whether you receive your voting pack by email or post, this guide explains exactly how to cast your vote.

Before You Start: DO NOT USE THE QUICK VOTE
Members will see a Quick Vote check box at the top of the voting form – both on the paper and digital versions.
The Quick Vote gives the chair of the Board your vote to use in accordance with the Board’s recommendations on all resolutions and elections. Once this option is selected on the digital form, all other voting options disappear.
Therefore if you want to consider each resolution and candidate individually, do not use Quick Vote.
Instead, select from the options listed under the heading Standard vote Individually and choose how you’d like to vote (For, Against or Withheld), row by row.
Quick Summary
Step 1: Receive your voting pack
Step 2: Review the resolutions and Board elections
Step 3: Vote online or by post
Step 4: Submit your vote before the deadline
Step 5: Follow the AGM on 15 July 2026

Why Your Vote Matters
Nationwide is a mutual organisation owned by its members.
Unlike shareholder-owned banks, Nationwide’s members have voting rights and can influence important decisions through the AGM process.
Every vote helps ensure that member voices are represented.
Whether you agree or disagree with the Board’s recommendations, participating in the vote is one of the most important rights of membership.
