You should in a few minutes receive an email with an attached PDF form for you to sign to complete your nomination. As this is probably the first email you’ve received from me (james4nw@gmail.com), please check your Junk / Spam folder in case it was placed there.

Please print, sign and return to me asap.

The deadline for me to print and deliver the physical paper nominations to Nationwide to be included on the 2026 ballot is 31 March 2026, so I need a bit of time to complete the necessary steps.

Under Nationwide rules, nominating members must sign the form with a signature that matches what the society has on record for you.

Please print the PDF, sign it, take a photo with a smart phone, and send the completed form asap.

If you don’t have a printer, you could sign a white piece of paper, take a photo with a smart phone and email it to me. I will then add it to your form and email the completed form to you to verify. Or you could email me and I’ll post you a copy.

Simply reply to the email and attach the signed copy, or send to Nominate@James4Nationwide.co.uk
