Please print, sign and return by 5pm on 30th March

The deadline for me to print and deliver the physical paper nominations to Nationwide to be included on the 2025 ballot is 31 March 2025, so I need a bit of time to complete the necessary steps.

Under Nationwide rules, nominating members must sign the form with a signature that matches what the society has on record for you.

Please print the PDF, sign it, take a photo with a smart phone, and send the completed form asap.

If you don’t have a printer, please sign a white piece of paper, take a photo with a smart phone and email it to me. I will then add it to your form and email the completed form to you to verify.

Simply reply to the email and attach the signed copy, or send to Nominate@James4Nationwide.co.uk
