9. Weekly Prize Draw

One random draw will take place each week.

One winner per week will receive a £100 cash prize.

10. Changes and cancellation

The Promoter can change these Terms and Conditions, and cancel the Prize Draw at any time.

11. Publicity

If you win a prize, you may be asked by the Promoter to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw and/or the James4Nationwide campaign. This may include providing a photograph, short written statement, interview, or participation in promotional content for use on campaign websites, emails, social media channels, and press materials.

By accepting a prize, you agree to the use of your first name, general location (for example, town or county), photograph, comments, and details of your prize win for these purposes. Any such use will be limited to publicity connected with the prize draw and campaign activities and will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If a winner is unwilling to participate in reasonable publicity, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
